Cooking, to many people, is a very intimidating task, but it doesn’t need to be! There are many ways to simplify cooking. Now, we have the luxury of meal subscription kits, grocery delivery services and can even order food on Amazon prime, among other web sources. What I have learned about cooking is that it is really trial and error to find what works best for you. Are you a meal subscription kit person? A grocery delivery person? A huge meal prep person? A cook every few days person? A cook every day person? You have to try it all to find out!
Here are three easy ways to cook:
1 Meal subscription kits!
What works best for me when I am super busy and working a lot is for sure a meal subscription kit. It takes the stress of thinking about recipes and having to find certain ingredients off the table for me and they’re delicious. I particularly like Hello Fresh! 2 Grocery Delivery Services
When I am less busy, cooking every few days works well for me. When the pandemic was very bad in my area, I ordered my groceries online, but I now go to the store for the most part. Click this link for $10 off using Instacart, one of my favorite grocery delivery services! Remember to tip well when you use this kind of service!
A very easy way to stay on top of your meals and not get overwhelmed, is to vaguely plan ahead. I like to make a list of things I could make, but I usually don’t stick to having those things on certain days, just whenever I feel like having them! By writing what I have or what I can make, I am eliminating the stress of figuring that part out and it makes approaching cooking way less intimidating and stressful!
